Siegfried Schön, cook by profession, cook out of passion and cook out of vocation.
Already on a young age I considered this my future, I did not want differently. Also my interest in fish arose already in my boy years, initially especially as an enthusiastic sport fisherman. As it often goes in life ideas develop out of fantasies and ideals. One of my ideals I am now realising: ‘Het Vishuis’. Het Vishuis is arisen from love for nature, feeling for tradition and interest in innovation.
In ‘Het Vishuis’ fish is prepared respecting the product. I deepened myself in the refining techniques for fish, based on the old traditions, without chemical aid substances. This has resulted in the products which I bring on the market by means of ‘Het Vishuis’. Products which I would gladly like to introduce to you.
